how to Deploy CakePHP 2.6.6 on godaddy shared windows hosting plan?

Please post me how to Deploy CakePHP 2.6.6 on godaddy shared windows
hoating plan?

i tried to deploy, i am getting error message that "500 - Internal server
error.".

My server path is U:\PleskVhosts\xxxxxx.com\yyyyy.com

Please post me steps as well is there any settings in .htacess file.
